Bio
Lawyer specialising in corporate and commercial law, FinTech, financial markets and new technologies.
He supports startups, businesses and operators in the financial and technology sectors, as well as influencers and creators, in their professional activities.
Alongside legal practice, he pursues research and teaching.
He is a PhD candidate in Commercial Law and Financial Markets Law at Universitas Mercatorum and a teaching assistant at LUISS Guido Carli University, where he graduated in Law with top marks.
In 2026, he was a Visiting Researcher at the Amsterdam Center for Law and Economics (ACLE), University of Amsterdam (UvA).
He is a member of the European Banking Institute’s Young Researchers Group.
He is secretary of the Fondazione Disiano Preite per lo studio del Diritto d’Impresa ETS.
He is a member of the “Digital Asset, Blockchain e Bitcoin” parliamentary intergroup at the Italian Chamber of Deputies, where he contributes to technical working groups on regulation, legislative simplification and financial innovation.
He is the author of several publications on financial and corporate law, with a particular focus on financial innovation, and speaks at conferences in Italy and abroad.
